Thank you for your interest in enrolling your agency to become a producer for CAIS and KDIS, Amwins companies. Agencies who join will have access to both the CAIS: MGAlive.com® and KDIS: KDISonline.com agency quoting portals.

As part of the application process, you will be required to provide the following documents (upload JPEG or PDF file)

  • Current E&O declaration page or certificate
    • Carrier must maintain an A.M. Best rating of A- or better
    • Minimum required limit is $1 million
  • Current Employee Dishonesty Certificate of Insurance
    • Carrier must maintain an A.M. Best rating of A- or better
    • Minimum required limit is $25,000
