Key Product Attributes

Eligible Classes: Condominium Associations, Co-Operative, Homeowners Associations, Master Associations, Rental Apartments, and Commercial Lessor’s Risk.
All the carriers that participate in the program have an A.M. Best rating of A- IX or better.
Available umbrella limits: $5M, $10M, $15M, $25M, $40M, and $50M (up to $25M for apartments).
High-rise associations or apartments up to 40 or 50 stories, depending on age, are eligible. Higher buildings eligible by referral.
Excess of General Liability, Directors & Officers (up to $15,000,000), Automobile, and Employers Liability/StopGap*
Ineligible Risks: Apartment buildings built prior to 2005, Risks located in the state of Georgia, Commercial LRO properties in NYC built prior to 2000.
